How an outcall works

You call or message us on WhatsApp with the address, the time and the length you want. We confirm which therapist is free and agree an exact arrival time. She arrives without any branding, in ordinary clothes and with an ordinary bag — nothing at reception or in the building suggests where she is going.

Once inside she takes a few minutes to set up the table and lay out the towels. Your booked massage time starts when the massage actually begins, not when she arrives.

Where we travel

Anywhere in Prague — from the centre through Vinohrady, Smíchov, Karlín and Holešovice out to the outer districts and the airport hotels. For hotels in the centre the therapist usually arrives within twenty to thirty minutes of confirmation; allow longer for outlying areas. If you need a precise time, tell us when booking and we will confirm whether it is realistic.

What she brings, what you need

She brings a folding massage table, clean towels, a sheet, massage oil and small extras such as a candle or music if you want them. From you she needs roughly two by two metres of clear floor, access to a bathroom and a reasonably warm room — with an oil massage, a cold room is the single biggest spoiler.

If the table cannot be set up in your room, the massage can be done on the bed. Please say so in advance so the therapist can plan for it; the technique adapts slightly.

Discretion and payment

Your therapist never states the reason for her visit to anyone but you. If the hotel announces visitors, giving your name is enough — nothing else needs to be said. Payment is on the spot in cash or by card; the price includes travel within Prague and there is no late-night or weekend surcharge.

Outcall massages are available at 60, 90 and 120 minutes, alone or with two therapists. Ninety is the most booked — with the shorter option, setting up eats a noticeable share of the experience.
