2. What Data We Process and Why

Through the booking and contact forms on this website, we process only the data you provide yourself:

• name, phone, email — so that we can process your booking or answer your inquiry,
• booking details (location, massage type and duration, appointment time, notes) — so we can prepare the service you've booked.

The legal basis for the processing is performance of a contract (preparing and providing the booked massage, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

3. How Long We Retain Data

• booking data — for the period necessary to process the booking and thereafter for no longer than 12 months,
• data from the contact form — for no longer than 6 months after the inquiry has been handled.

4. Whom We Share Data With

We do not share personal data with any third parties, nor do we use it for marketing. The data is stored on our web hosting provider's server, and only the studio operator has access to it.

5. Cookies and Analytics

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies. We use only the technically necessary means to display the pages (for example, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts).

6. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability and the right to object. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
